Had the best experience here, I did a Groupon but the stylist went above and beyond. I forget the girls name now, but she had brownish hair and was going to start school this semester for criminology I believe. I want to book her again! She was kind and patient and knew exactly what I wanted! Thanks so much guys.

Such a lively and welcoming environment, thanks ESPECIALLY to Nancy, Hawa and Sharlyn!!! I have a HEFTYYYY amount of hair, and their pricing, professionalism, and emotional warmth is easily worth the SkyTrain field-trip to New West, for the day. Bless your soul, you angels ✨🩵

can’t say that there was a single thing about my experience here that I enjoyed. They didn’t give me what I wanted. They didn’t even finish doing it but yet they went two hours over the amount of time I said I had available so I ended up being late for work. When I tried to talk to management about it, they just blamed me and we’re extremely unprofessional. They were saying mean things about other customers in front of me and they had another girl waiting two hours for me to finish because they went so far over my time. Cannot recommend this place.

My whole family sees Nancy! Nancy truly goes over and beyond to take care of her customers. This woman was in the emergency room and was sending me info of another hair studio that she trusts. On top of that, while in so much pain… proceeded to do my daughter’s hair for her wedding which took hours. Thank you Nancy for actually caring about the customers you service.❤️❤️😀

I unconditionally and enthusiastically recommend this salon. I see Nancy, and am so grateful to have her as my stylist. She really listens to how you want your hair to look once you're done, regardless of what service you're having done. Also, she tells you if what you have asked her to do for you isn't going to work, explains the reasons why, and then talks with you until you've decided on a style which will work for your particular hair. There are many stylists who don't take the time to do this, and leave you with unrealistic expectations, and a disappointment at the end of the day. Her skills are easily at the level of a Master Stylist. I've got very fine, wavy 2B hair, and have suffered some disappointing haircuts elsewhere, but am always pleased with how Nancy cuts my hair. She also does foil highlights for me, and I'm always really pleased with the colour and condition of my hair when we're done. Her staff are all upbeat and personable, and judging from the end results that I've witnessed on other clients, they're very highly skilled as well. FYI: I don't have a relationship with Nancy beyond that of a proprietor and customer. That having been stated, I've been a patron of hers for many years, and she's a lovely lady. I really wanted to make it clear what a fantastic hairdresser she is, hence my lengthy and detailed review. 5+ Stars
