I’ve been stuck with this spa for over 4 years mainly because I bought packages I couldn’t finish. EVERY visit, they push more sales. The estheticians clearly feel pressured to upsell, and beyond the package they constantly try to sell products I don’t need by exaggerating benefits. For some of the products they recommended, I couldn’t find any reliable information online, so do your own research, especially for anything involving injections. If you don’t buy, the owner Amy shows attitude and raises her voice. Very unprofessional. Not a comfortable or trustworthy experience.

She's very professional and very good. I am a big guy but her strength makes my muscles like butter. I am completely relaxed and rejuvenated after a treatment. Her prices are very affordable. She also does house calls.

It was my first time here and the treatment I had was great and I really appreciated it. But when it comes to billing they aggressively pressured me into buying packages. I kept rejecting them and said that I would think about it first but the lady kept on telling me that it’s Christmas promotion right now and it’s last day of the promotion. She also kept trying to book my next appointment. Then when I told her again that I would think about it and call back to book my next appointment she didn’t seem very happy. She then said I can just put in a deposit for now and pay the rest later. Reason why I didn’t want to buy packages right after my first visit is because the minimum is $1500!! And once it’s paid there’s no refund and it just forces customers to go back. Realistically if someone really likes the place and service they will go back without having to be pressured into buying packages. Then why it comes to paying for my visit, she specifically said “tips” multiple times and had to make sure I gave her a good amount. She said the POS machine doesn’t have tips option so she was staring at me putting in the amount so she could add it to the total. After all these she tried to scam me an extra $70 and calculated wrong on the calculator. When I confronted her she just pretended it was miscalculated. Even though the treatment was great I don’t think I would ever want to go back again for how I was aggressively pressurized when it comes to money.

So these people assume that you would give them tip after paying prices for the already expensive service. I went here 2 months ago for skin treatment. They automatically put the tip amount instead of asking. When I would pay for something they offer which is already a service and then on top of that give tip that's too much. My 1 star is the service they gave me which was good but they lost all the stars because the servers are too greedy for tip. The owners are nice

They do amazing facials. I got my facial done before my birthday and they offered me great discounts. Sue did an amazing job with my facial. I highly recommend!!
