My husband and I visited on Valentine’s Day, when the spa was running an amazing promotion. Even though it was a very busy day, the staff were welcoming and pleasant. They even offered complimentary flowers for their guests. The massage was absolutely perfect! The spa also has a lovely snack and beverage area. I really liked this place and would happily return

My husband and I were staying overnight at the hotel and I’ve been treated to a massage. My massage with Sherri was great. She was very kind and professional. The receptionist was very nice too. My massage was at 4:45. I was done at 5:45. There was no more tea in a relaxation room, sauna was off. I assume they are closing at 6 pm so all was wrapped up. I asked if I could use sauna in the am and receptionist said yes , sure but … they open at 10 am and check out is at 11 am. It just didn’t work for me. Woudk be nice if the last appointment was made earlier leaving clients extra 30 minutes or so to enjoy sauna and relaxation room.

Got a pamper day from my Son & Daughter in Law! Quynh (Quinn) was excellent! Full back, neck, shoulder, arm, hands & chest massage plus an absolutely amazing facial! Quynh is very good at what she does! This is not my first spa experience & everything was perfect! Will be back....maybe with the husband next time! Thank you Quynh!

I would recommend Amatista Spa at Bear Mountain to anyone looking for some pampering. We went for our Christmas staff party (amazing right?) and I had a customized facial with Amber. I have fairly sensitive skin with a history of acne, dryness and I felt like Amber really took the time to design a totally unique experience for me--this was my first facial and definitely won't be my last! My skin was GLOWING! All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and professional and the atmosphere was completely tranquil. Thank you!

I highly recommend this place if you want to treat yourself. The massage was very professional and helped release a lot of tension. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing at the mineral warm pool. I really enjoyed sitting at the restaurant with a stunning view and delicious food. If you go on a weekday, it’s even quieter.
