Too expensive — $110 for 30 minutes for basically nothing. The massage table was short and uncomfortable, and they didn’t adjust it during the assessment. They didn’t say or do anything new. It feels like they’re taking advantage of the provincial insurance system. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends.

I would highly recommend ALTUS! I’ve had chiro, physio, and massage treatments here, and every service has been truly beneficial! The clinic has such a positive and calming atmosphere. Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and kind. If you’re thinking of trying this clinic, I couldn’t recommend it more. Whether it’s pain, tension, or just needing a little relief, you’re in the best hands here. You won't regret it!

I really like going to Altus. Such a calm environment with specialized staff! My elderly parents go there and have the ability to see a Punjabi speaking professional here. Very helpful and kind to them which I appreciated so much!

Dr Otano is an excellent chiropractor. He is kind and skilled at his work. I always feel so much relief after my appointments. The front desk staff are all so friendly. I always feel so welcomed when I arrive they always greet me like an old friend.
