Don't let the modern aesthetic fool you. On the surface, this clinic looks modern and pristine, but underneath that shiny exterior is a shocking lack of adherence to basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. To make matters worse, the staff seems entirely focused on aggressive upselling. I felt heavily pressured into expensive, unnecessary procedures rather than receiving genuine, patient-focused care. Between the unsanitary conditions and the money-grabbing tactics, it is clear this practice prioritizes profits over patient safety.

Dear Alta and your lovely team, was in for dental check up and x ray yesterday together with my daughter Amanda. Everyone is so kind especially Rose David and their receptionist named Jennifer… the Doctor is simply the best. So caring, skilled, honest and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back!!

Had been here last November for cleaning and exam. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic. Angela is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She is patient, friendly, and very gentle, yet her cleaning is extremely thorough and effective. She made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. The front desk staff are also excellent—they clearly informed me of the costs in advance and took the time to explain the billing under my dental plan during payment, without any pressure to add unnecessary services. The staff who assisted with the examination were equally kind and patient.

Everyone was very welcoming at this office. Everything was explained to me before it was done. I had my tooth extraction done last week by Dr.Liu and I did not feel anything during the appointment. I healed very quickly after my appointment as well. The receptionist (Samy) was very patient with my mom and I during the appointment before they took my tooth out by explaining what the whole process looks like and what I can expect after having them taken out. It was my first time having sedation so thank you so much for explaining to me what it was. She also made sure all my questions were addressed by repeating them to the dentist when he came in. Definitely my new dentist for sure!-Kelly

Had a great experience at Alta Dental. The receptionist Sami was always very kind and professional. She made things related to insurance very easy to understand for someone who never had dental insurance before and she was also able to accommodate my extremely busy schedule as well. The dentist was also very gentle. The check up and fillings were painless.
