My repair was not the most glamorous. Or profitable. Or even interesting. 2 of my soffit panels blew off in a wind storm. Alpine Roofs swung into action and fixed them. At 29 feet off the deck, I wasn’t hoisting my own action figure up a ladder. Thanks guys for a reliable response. I’d call them again in a heartbeat (or after a hurricane). Our roof was damaged by a wind storm in May, 2022. I called a few roofing companies in Nanaimo and was quite surprised with the arrogant attitude of the front end staff. Only one said they would give a quote for repair...in a month! I called Alpine and Kelly was here the NEXT day, on the roof inspecting and taking a load of pictures of the damage. He dealt with the insurance adjuster to make sure we were fully compensated for the required new roof. His team was here when he said they would be and the job was completed on time and on budget, as promised. Our neighbors have even told us how friendly the crew was. The roof looks great! We're very happy. Thanks to Kelly and his team! I would definitely recommend Alpine Roofs.

AlpineRoofs' Kelly responded promptly after we developed multiple leaks in last December's downpours. We decided to replace the entire roof. Kelly's team got to work as soon as there was a suitable weather window in February 2021 and got the job done in four days.
