Taking advantage of the elderly!! A family of mine had an appointment booked here, the day of the appointment they called him and had him rebooked (cancelled the appointment for another one the following week). When his booked appointment came up they charged him an extra 80$ for an emergency appointment!!! Then tried to cover up by saying it’s because he’s a new patient. This is NOT OKAY. Beware of random charges for their mistakes as well as miscommunication with vulnerable people!

Avoid this dentist. My 80 year old grandpa booked an appointment with them . They called the morning of and canceled it , they rebooked him in for 4 days later. He was then charged 80 dollars for an emergency appointment …. The reason being he was a new patient. My understanding is if an appointment is booked well in advance that is not an emergency. Just a reason to add things to a bill to make more money
