The staff are absolutely delightful very friendly and are an affordable vet. They helped my lil man with dematting and it only took a few minutes. My other lil guy was neutered here I was so scared about the procedure and the staff definitely helped put my mind at ease, they called to let me know he was okay after the surgery. They truly care about the fur babies. They are my go to vet now. I definitely recommend them.

I was so frustrated with how this place handled my dog who had a GI infection. Brought my dog cause he was not eating for days and vomitted. The vet was ok but he really didn’t explain much or give options for me so I can decide the best care for my dog. I don’t mind paying for necessary tests and xray, but if you charge for consultation and interpretation I expect extensive and knowledgeable staff. My dog has not been eating but they still gave him tablets for his stomach lining. Came back the next day to ask for liquid form they said I need to pay again when I was never asked for an option if I could take the liquid meds.
The worse part is I think I spoke to the manager or a lady named Deanne and she is so rude and lacks empathy. On the eve of NY I told her my dog is still not eating and was so worried and what she said shocked me. She said that if my dog does not come back for IV fluid he might be in more danger and can end up in emergency. Who says that?! First, you’re not a vet so why should I listen to her and second where is her compassion for pets and owners?! She basically made it worse for me. Next is I called to get the liquid meds and she said she can give me 4 doses only to find out when my bf came to pick up hours after that they do not have it. She asked my bf to pick up at London Drugs instead. She clearly is not capable of doing her job! Stay away from this place.

Dr. Ryan is a very caring and reliable veterinarian. When he referred my dog to the critical care clinic, he phoned me back in an hour to check if I was able to bring her there right away.
Also, during monthly visit for an injection, not for the consultation, Dr. Ryan always gives me enough time to ask any questions and to tell him about even small concerns.
Thanks to him, my dog survived the extremely difficult period and now enjoys her best life.
I'm grateful to be able to celebrate her birthdays.

If I could choose no stars I would. The vet doctor seemed to know what he was doing in terms of medical treatment. The way they treated my cat did not seem quite caring as veterinarians are supposed to be. My cat is terrified of the vet, as many cats are, so I would hope that the veterinarians try to not make it a more horrible experience than it needs to be. The old animal hospital I went to carefully took care of my cat and used gloves to sedate him. this animal hospital uses a cage like mechanism where the walls close in on the cat to squeeze and stabilize him. It took a while for me to see what it looked like and how it is used online and found just one video - meaning that the public most likely wouldn’t be too happy about something like that being used. I will never bring my cat here again. He is traumatized. He does not sleep - He just sits in his bed staring. He has not slept for almost 48 hours and that is not normal for cats. If he is hungry he goes to eat then he goes back in his bed. I had to put a sheet over his bed so that he would feel safe or else he would hide in a small cubby. I am extremely sad because I do not think my cat will forget this experience and he is already a skittish cat and this experience made it much worse. I am also extremely disappointed because I would think and hope that in this age and time, veterinarians could find better ways to care for easily frightened cats. This experience with this cage with walls that squeeze cats, I believe, is a form of animal abuse. It is not acceptable and it should not be allowed. Just think of this happening to a human baby - It is not okay. My cat is already a senior and is now traumatized. I was hoping for a calming rest of years for my cat with no situations like this. Absolute disappointment and I am extremely dissatisfied and angry. I am also very worried for my cat and I hope this experience will not affect the rest of his life.
In terms of pricing: We were told that we would not have to pay upfront as we had insurance. However, when it came time to pay we had to pay the full prince upfront. We were reassured that we would be reimbursed for a good chunk of what we paid, but we were not reimbursed. Would have appreciated some honest reassurance instead of being told what we want to hear.
