Excellent service! Our roof was leaking and it was near the end of life. They were very professional with the consultation, and always great with communication. Then they chose a sunny week to do my roof and it was awesome . Love the work. Left the work site clean. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic company, all the way from ownership, down to management, and to the tradesmen themselves. Perfect communication, everything was on time, incredibly informative quote system, a perfect experience from beginning to end. And I never ever thought I would say that about a roofing company in my life. These guys are top notch, and you cannot go wrong using them.

I called Alpha Nova roofing, because of their wonderful google reviews. I left a voicemail & got a call back very quickly. After explaining our water issues, she said she would have someone call to discuss if they could help us. That same day, Youssef called & spoke with my husband. He said he would need to come out & take a look. Youssef came last Friday…went up on the roof & found the main problem as well as some problem areas. When I asked when they could come back to fix it, he said they would make the job a priority and call me this week to fit us in their schedule … hopefully in the next 2 weeks. Sunday night ( 2 days later) Youssef texted asking if they could come the holiday Monday (today) to get the roof fixed, and they did!! Youssef came himself, and brought a partner…and they worked all afternoon. From their quick response times to their communication style, we were very impressed. He explained everything, taking videos & pictures so we could see the problem before & after. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Youssef & Alpha Nova Roofing.

Excellent company!!! We recently had our roof done by Youssef, Badr and team and they went above and beyond! They came by to check out the roof and explained what they observed and went over the cost, timeline, brand etc. and they stuck to it! They are very personable and professional, told us what they think and no pressure into purchasing. I honestly didn’t think that you would be able to see a difference in a roof but it looks beautiful! I highly recommend using them, a great, kind, fast, hardworking team! They even cleaned out our gutters and made sure there was no moisture in the attic! Thank you so much Alpha Nova!

We had AlphaNova Roofing come in and do a quote on replacing our roof as we had some leaks from the old roof and it had reached the end of its life. There was a bit of an error with the initial quote as the address we supplied did not show our actual house with the Sat images they use for estimating the quote. Once they arrived they were able to give a quote for our actual place very quickly on the spot and we didn't have to wait any additional time. Ibrahim's ability to adjust on the fly is amazing. Ibrahim was apologetic, though it was due to no fault of his own. We were given a few different options and settled on the best one for us. Price was on point and covered not only the new roof, but brand new gutters as well. The work was started by Ibrahim's crew quickly after the deposit was paid. The work was done safely and professionally. The crew were courteous and polite, and they kept the mess from roofing down to a minimum. I couldn't be more happier with the stellar work that was performed. I would have no problems recommending AlphaNova Roofing to anyone for their roofing needs
