I came in for treatment for a back injury - the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable, I was very comfortable with them. You can tell they genuinely care for their patients and want the best for them; this team was a huge help in treating and managing my pain. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing physiotherapy for any reason.

I want to share my experience with Alpha Center Therapy because it truly deserves appreciation. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Mohammad, assistant Katrina, and the whole staff—especially the reception team—were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. My mom was visiting Canada and had been dealing with severe sciatica pain in her leg. Dr. Mohammad took his time to listen to her, understand what she was feeling, and explain everything in a very calm and clear way. His treatment really helped, and my mom started feeling relief after her sessions. Overall, the entire team is caring, professional, and always ready to help. The clinic has a warm and positive environment, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Thank you to Dr. Mohammad, Katrina, and everyone at Alpha Center Therapy for taking such good care of my mom. We are really grateful and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care

My experience at Alpha Center has been exceptionally positive and reflects a high standard of patient centred care. Throughout my treatment for a left shoulder injury, the interdisciplinary team demonstrated exemplary professionalism, clinical competence, and a remarkable commitment to safety and patient well-being.In particular, Emily, Nissa, and Hetav played instrumental roles in my rehabilitation process. Each of them contributed unique expertise while maintaining a consistently supportive and encouraging environment. Their approach was not only technically sound but also deeply empathetic, ensuring that every step of my recovery felt safe, manageable, and tailored to my needs. •. Disclaimer: this review is in NO WAY endorsed by Alpha center or any of its staff. this review is 100% genuine. and you have to trust me because I put a disclaimer. Short version: mainly worked with Hetav and Nissa. Best damn physiotherapist and exercise therapist I've ever had. Definitely will go back if I get another injury. Long Version: definitely will come back if I get injured again. I've had knee issues for years and multiple surgeries on it so I've been to many physiotherapists over the years. and after getting injured at work recently I had to go again. I honestly expected the same thing of just being told how to do it and shown once then basically left on my own like i have been before. but they weren't like that, I mainly worked with Hetav and Nissa and they consistently worked with me and checked to make sure everything was going good even if they were with other clients at the same time and would help me adjust how I was doing an exercise if it was causing issues. even after being there for over 2 months they constantly helped me so I could get back to work. BTW everyone working there is kind and knowledgeable so 100% recommend if you have an injury.

Very friendly and helpful services! I wish I would have went in much sooner for my foot. Dr. Mo is easy to chat with and understands exactly what you’re experiencing and knows how to treat it effectively. I will absolutely be back if my foot acts up again. Would certainly recommend Alpha Center!
