Dr. Vipen often interrupts and doesn’t fully listen or address concerns during appointments. The front desk staff also seem rushed and not very attentive, which can make visits feel inefficient. Overall experience was disappointing, and I would recommend considering other options.

I got my cat spayed here and they were the most professional veterinarian I have met. They gave us the right amount of pain medication to take home and supplied her with a full body recovery suit for healing at home. I will definitely be coming back for routine check ups. Thankyou Alpha Hospital!

My cat had to have emergency surgery. The staff were all very kind and compassionate to our cat and to ourselves. The fees were reasonable. The customer service was above and beyond.

This is the BEST Vet I have ever been to! I got my furr baby kitty fixed here today and they were sooo helpful and priced so well. I recommend then to anyone looking to have their pet looked at. I also have to thank the SPCA for helping me with the funding to have cookie spayed, microchipped and first shots as they do a program for some with low income. Thank-you ALPHA you guys are awesome 👌

We have been bringing our animals here for about 6 years. There has never been a time when we are forced to make a decision or medication is forced. We are always given all of the information, good or bad to make the decisions ourselves. Our cat went on a six week adventure 2 years ago and when he came home, we weren't sure if he would survive. The vet took the best care of him and he is now living his best (second) life. Recently our old dog was not doing well. The doctor gave us all of the information we needed, without telling us what we should do - with medication that could potentially help her be more comfortable. Unfortunately we had to make the tough decision a short time later to allow her to go over the rainbow bridge. All of the employees were nothing short of amazing. They gave us as much time with our girl as we needed, before and after. The sympathy was like no other - It was like they were part of the family, so calm, understanding and empathetic. They made one of the hardest days as easy as anyone could. The staff sent a card with everyone's condolences which we will cherish forever. I mentioned we would like to have her paw print tattooed and my previous attempts was terrible. They not only sent one paw print, but four. I know this generally standard practice when you are saying goodbye to a beloved pet, but - we could feel the sympathy in the words written. The next time we need to bring one of our other animals into the vet, it will be hard but i will forever be grateful for the staff and comfortable knowing they truly care about the animals and not just the money. Huge shout out to Jamie, Reet, Jashan, Panoor & the other lovely staff
