This Location is always customer service driven. I’ve never had a bad experience, always welcomed and the ladies are so helpful when it comes to booking appointments and even finding last minute slots. I always get the pedicure and gel Set or Fill. You never fill Rushed Out the door they take their time with the customers.

Ive gotten manicures a few times but mostly just get pedicures here. I always see Tatiana. She is the best and I refuse to see anyone else. She is attentive to how you want your nails done and gives amazing leg and foot massages! She doesn't rush through which I have noticed some people do. Facility is clean, they offer beverages and staff are very friendly! Overall a good place to go!

It was my first time visiting Almond Nail Bar and it was a great experience! Clean, nice atmosphere, fast and efficient. My nail technician was courteous and considerate, always asking if what she was doing was ok. She gave me a light message of my legs and hands, the warmed, wet towels were lovely and my nails turned out beautiful. I will be back for sure!

Update: the owner and I communicated vie email and she gave me a full refund for what I paid in person plus the value of my gift card. Changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Definitely would not recommend going to this location or wasting your money. I had a not-so-good experience at the salon yesterday. The lady who did my nails was super nice, but the quality was no better than what I can do myself at home. My toes already have chipped polish even though I got the magic polish. In addition, when she was doing my hands, the polish was so thick and uneven. When she was close to finishing and about to do the design on my ring finger, I asked her to put another coat because the colour was uneven and lumpy. I also noticed that there was an indent on my thumb as she went to finish - she added another coat but it looks terrible. When I was leaving, the receptionist told me my total. I then proceeded to give her a 25% off code that was handed out to residents in the area. She took it without saying a word. I then asked if I could use the washroom when I was done and she completely ignored me. She told me my new total and I gave her a $50 gift card I had gotten for christmas. She took it and rolled her eyes at me like I was inconveniencing her… I asked her again if I could use the washroom which she, then again, ignored me and told me my new total. I ended up giving a $2 tip but still feel like it wasn’t worth it. Once I got to my car, I saw how uneven my polish is, with tons of polish all over my hands and nails. I’m very disappointed I wasted my $50 gift card and my own money on a service that does not look professionally done.

I have been going to see TracyV at this location for 3-4 years. She does such a great job every time. It doesn't matter how simple or complex the design is, she gets it done. I couldn't go with anyone else. Seriously! Go book with her for your next appointment. Drive across the city if you have to. She's amazing. Photos attached are some of the designs we've done over the years.
