I got my nail acrylic extension here last tuesday. But I was so disappointed with the result and just want my money back. Paid $85 for this nails but they didn't do it good. She didn't even clean my nails and cuticle. She just glued the extension right away and was buff way too thin and now it's chipped and some are kinda lifting/cracking on the sides.

I understand I went in at a the last minute but they were not busy, I gave the lady three different designs to choose from along with the color scheme for my NYE party. She took a copy of the most complex design sent the young girl that was with her to go get the colours and then proceeded to try and talk me into a shape and design I did not ask for. With in an hour she was done and at the till and asking for payment not once looking at the design she was supposed to be doing, I would of argued the point right there but there was already someone sitting in the seat I had vacated and I needed to be at work. So no I will not promote this location if the staff can't pay attention to their clients.

Don't bother making appointments. They don't honor them nor do they do exemplary work. 3 out 5 finger on one hand are "curved" to my nail angle, when SIL had the same issue the nail tech reluctantly reapplied the tip, as well as they don't put a coating on gems to secure them, has to argue about their gems falling off while waiting for my nails to be done. They did not push my cuticles so the cuticle edges are raised as they grow out. Nice from afar but far from nice up close. Disappointing services but timely done I guess. 2.5 hrs after my booked & confirmed appointment at 1 pm an finally left at 5 pm... as they had to finish the other ladies that took my appointment. So not really timely...

The designs were rushed and crooked. My nails chipped within days and my daughters nails looked very unprofessional. All together we paid over $900 for 8 of us. I know we were overcharged which was probably why the place was empty when we walked in. One of the ladies also said "wooo money money money" as I was walking away. Very unprofessional! We were charged for the spa pedicures which we didn't receive. Save your money and go to somewhere more reputable and honest! Would definitely not recommend this place to others.
