Thomas is professional, responsive, accommodating, and prices his work fairly. He promptly provided a quote, walking us through all aspects, and was flexible in planning the work when we decided to proceed. Thomas and Sheldon's attention to deal was clear when completing the work and they were pleasant to deal with while on site. We had an excellent experience with this company and can’t recommend them highly enough. They initially completed our gutter installation, and the quality of the work was outstanding. During that project, they also helped us assessed and address several small issues around the house at no additional cost, which truly demonstrated their professionalism and integrity. Later on, we experienced a leak inside our home with heavy rain (unrelated to the gutters). We suspected it might be related to the roofing or a vent and reached out to them because of the trust we had in their workmanship. Even though they were very busy, they went out of their way to come take a look and resolved the issue in about 15 minutes. Their efficiency, expertise, and willingness to help were truly impressive. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers excellent gutter and roofing work, but also genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their service. We would absolutely hire them again and confidently recommend them to anyone in need of gutter or roofing work.

Allpro just completed replacing all gutters and downpipes on our 9 unit/3 story townhouse. The entire job from start to finish was outstanding. Thomas was a pleasure to work with and gave us a very good price. Sheldon and Mathew are expert installers and did meticulous work - they are also very nice people. Allpro treated our building as if it were their own and we are very happy with the result. I highly recommend this company.

We recently hired Allpro Gutter Installation to replace the gutters, downspouts, and fascia boards on our 1919 character home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Thomas was a pleasure to work with—knowledgeable, communicative, and incredibly professional. He provided us with a very competitive quote and took the time to explain the scope of work in detail. We really appreciated his transparency and attention to the unique needs of our older home. During the installation, Mike and Sheldon did an excellent job. Not only did they install everything with great care and precision, but they also went the extra mile by sistering up several rafters to ensure the new fascia boards were securely attached—especially important given some areas had rot. Allpro was prompt to reply to messages and provided a competitive quote. Thomas brought samples of all colours and gutter profiles available and scheduled the work to occur not long after. We're especially happy that they worked around newly planted grass without disturbing it and they did an extra tidy job on our bunkie, behind the main house. Thank you, Thomas and team!
