Erika has effectively treated me on several occasions for a recurring problem. She is my immediate “go to” medical practitioner (over my chiropractor) because I’m always assured that she will pinpoint my problem and treat it with almost immediate relief. In addition to actual hands on treatment she provides thorough explanations of the mechanics of the problem and excellent exercises to address the issue. I sing her praises to friends often.

I've had extraordinarily disappointing sessions with physios in the past--enough to put me off. But I needed to find someone! I spent an hour and half reading through bios of Vancouver physios to find Erika, specializing in DANCE, and dance-related injuries. Wow! She is amazing! My shoulder and elbow/arm--so necessary in flamenco--is HEALING. I'll be back to class soon. And she anticipates questions and issues. When I needed a reco for someone at a distance for my brother, she was able to do that too. I'm very pleased!

I highly recommend Erika for 3 reasons: 1) Expertise: I was referred to Erika from leaders in my dance studio. In my initial appointment she accurately diagnosed my condition and provided exercises which have already made a positive difference. 2) Authenticity: Erika’s authenticity and love of her work shines through. It creates a really positive atmosphere. 3) Modern/Digital: All processes are slick and easy. Exercises have videos and instructions. Tracking/ reminders app to support commitment. I suspect I’ll have more positive things to add about Erika’s commitment to educational empowerment one I experience those offerings.

Erika is an amazing physio and has helped me multiple times in the past. As a past professional dancer and also a working physio finding someone to treat my own injuries can sometimes be hard. It’s also hard to find someone who truly understands how to treat dancers, and Erika is an expert. Erika was so amazing at helping to keep me moving through my recovery and get back to the ballet classes I still love. She also did so one time while I was pregnant and offered great advice at adapting ballet classes to pregnancy. Can’t say enough good things!
