Honestly this is best Physio clinic in North Vancouver! Great staff, amazing therapists and super clean facility! One best part of going to this clinic besides the level of care and attention you’ll receive is that there is amply parking at the NS Winter club in the underground and I’m always on time unless there is dreaded north shore traffic. Super happy with Ryan and Jamie and all the receptionist I’ve interacted with at Allan McGavin North Vancouver clinic! Thanks everyone! N I

Natalie Marshall and Diego Grossling are excellent professionals!! They helped me a lot with my knee injury, it is getting better now ! Highly recommend!

I had seen Diego for physio and Jaime for RMT services and they were both fantastic at what they do. I had very bad neck stiffness and tight shoulders/traps, it felt like my shoulders couldn't fully relax; this was exacerbated by having a rugby game every weekend. Diego took his time to ask and answer questions and was very thorough in both assessment, treatment, and post session care. Seeing Jaime for RMT was still new for me as it was my second time ever getting RMT. She had very kind, warm energy that made me feel super comfortable right from the start. I don't usually like small talk, but she was very open and the conversation felt easy-going. As someone without health benefits, I don't use these services often unless I have to because it is not cheap. From experience I have had physiotherapists "sell" their work by asking me to go back to see them often (when I didn't need to), or providing me with unhelpful treatment that made me keep going back. Diego and Jaime were NOT that - they were transparent and honest about recognising that their services are expensive without health insurance, kindly made suggestions based on my situation and needs, and only mentioned when or if I should go back to see them when I had inquired.

I pulled my groin playing soccer and had a few RMT sessions with Jared last month and he had me back on the field in 2 weeks. It was overall exceptional care. Highly recommend!
