I am incredibly grateful for the care my dog and I received at All Creatures Animal Hospital. During the holidays, my dog got into something and quickly developed acute discomfort, vomiting, and diarrhea. I called the clinic right away and even though they were fully booked for the rest of the afternoon, they could hear how distressed I was and made time to see us. Dr. Anderson was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and so kind to both me and my dog. He made me feel reassured from the moment we walked in and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and well experienced, and I truly appreciated that he was thoughtful and conservative with the treatment plan rather than pushing anything unnecessary. I am also so thankful to Caroline for her kindness, support, and help with further care. The compassion shown by both of them meant so much during a very stressful time. I could not recommend this clinic, Dr. Anderson, and Caroline more.

I’m so grateful I brought my dog Polly to All Creatures Animal Hospital for a second opinion when she injured her leg. I was initially told she might need surgery, but Dr. Anderson took a different approach. He gave her a shot and prescribed three follow-up treatments, and Polly healed remarkably quickly) The entire care experience at the hospital was exceptional. The staff were so nice and pleasant throughout our visits, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality veterinary care. Dr. Anderson’s expertise made all the difference for Polly’s recovery.

Listen, Dr Andersen knows his stuff. I've used so many vets through my dogs life and this guy is the guy who will shoot straight with you, not try to overcharge and administer unnecessary tests. He gets to the point but ultimately it's up to us as Pet owners to take the best care of our animals with the tools and knowledge he provides. If you want a solid vet who knows his shit and does his job right the first time, this is where your pet will be best off.

It's taken me a while to write this review, because I’ve been grieving the loss of my best friend, Dollar, who passed at 15.5 years old. Putting it into words makes it feel all the more real, which is why I’ve avoided writing this, until now. But I feel I must, because the care we received deserves to be acknowledged. When we moved to the area, Dollar had already been diagnosed with lung cancer. We were devastated and unsure where to turn for help with his palliative care. That’s when we found Dr. Andersen and the team at All Creatures, and I can’t express how grateful I am that we did. Dr. Andersen was incredibly compassionate and supportive from the start. Though we were told Dollar wouldn’t make it more than two weeks by another dr, he gave us nine more weeks filled with love, comfort, and joy with the support at All creatures who helped us get him to put on weight and directed meds and weighed him weekly, Throughout that time, I felt heard, and above all, safe, something that meant everything during such a heartbreaking chapter in my life knowing I was loosing my best friend. Dollar passed peacefully at home, surrounded by our love. But even through our grief, the team at All Creatures made us feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness during the worst time of my life will never be forgotten. Our Boy Dollar had flown across the world with us when we moved here, and had the most magical life in Canada, hiking, swimming, chasing squirrels and just living his best life possible, so I am so so thankful that the end was gentle and he was so supported. We may decide to adopt another fur baby, and I know exactly where we’ll go. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to Dr. Andersen and the entire All Creatures team. You made all the difference.

We were referred to Dr. Phil Andersen at All Creatures Animal Hospital few years ago by my trusted best friend after we were not satisfied with the service of our vet. Since we have met Phil and his staff we have felt very comfortable with his care and advice. He discovered a growth on our Westie's lip and recommended removal and did it almost immediately thereafter. We didn't hesitate because we trusted him after these last few years. He gives clear explanations and straightforward potential outcomes. He is an excellent vet and a kind and caring person. Thank you and your staff for taking care of our precious little boy.
