Alex and his roofing team did an outstanding job reroofing our home on the Northshore. From the start, his quote was detailed and transparent, offering options for cost savings, warranty upgrades, roofline features, and a wide colour palette for shingles and downspouts, as well as a leaf guard options. Alex provided addresses of previous roofing projects in our area so we could see colors and finishes in real life. Alex provided an expected start date well in advance, so we knew the project was on schedule. His crew of friendly people worked efficiently and completed high quality craftmanship ahead of the rain. We later requested some additional work, that was handled quickly despite poor weather. Can't say enough good things about All Coast Roofing. Alex did a great job assessing and bidding on the work, and the office was good about communicating scheduling in this bad weather season. Chris and Caitlyn, who did the work, were absolutely great in walking me through what was going with the repairs, which turned out to be a bit more complicated than initially thought. The price was quite fair for all the work. You're in good hands with this group.

We are very happy with the high-quality work Alex and the team (Kyla, Mike and others) at All Coast Roofing did on our house. We have a flat roof, which had been failing for some time, and we were nervous about proceeding given the complexity of the project. Alex’s quote was detailed and fair, and he communicated well on the scope of the project and the timeline. He was also knowledgeable and patient while answering all our questions. During the project, we did experience a few bumps, but Alex and the team worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final product. Two things that really stood out to us were Alex’s honesty and his collaborative style. When things came up in-progress, he didn’t blow us off or try to rush the work (as I have experienced with other companies), he listened, he reassured us that everything was going to plan, and he problem solved when it was needed. It was clear to us that he stands behind his work and wants his customers to be happy. Next summer we will embark on stage 2 of this project (which will be a few decks & overhangs) and are looking forward to working with Alex and the team at All Coast Roofing again.

I hired All Coast Roofing to fix a broken ridge cap that caused water to leak into my attic. Alex and team did a great job being very responsive and getting the leak fixed quickly. I contacted him Monday morning and already the team was on site and fixed the leak by Monday afternoon, even while it was raining. I would highly recommend them!

I hired All Coast Roofing to do my roof in 2017 and meant to write a review but got busy. I’m writing this review now to say that we are very happy with the work done and that it still looks great and we have had no issues with leaking or needing any further repairs or deficiencies needing attention. The crew was prompt, on time, and tidy throughout the job. Alex was a pleasure to communicate with from the initial consultation, to planning and scheduling, and throughout the job to completion. While All Coast were doing the roof we requested that they add fascia boards behind the gutters to improve the finished appearance and Alex was able to accommodate our late request, as well as arranging the gutter install, and we love the finished product. The crew worked very hard in the hot sun of the summer all the while ensuring our extensive landscaping and was protected and no plants or trees were damaged.
