We recently purchased a home and we were not very sure how to work the furnace. We called the number on the furnace, they had maintained it for the previous owner. THEY WERE NOT ALFA. The guys came over, told us we needed to fix something with the gas, they charged $1500 plus they told us we needed to replace the heat pump as it was busted, for about $6700. In comes Frank from ALFA. He was recommended by my sister in law. Frank was so helpful!! Such a great person. He told us that we did not need to use our heat pump. He said It is definitely too small for the square footage of our home but he said it is not something that needs to be done immediately. He took the time to show us what to do. He also told us that the other guys pretty much scammed us out of $1500 for something that was not much more than a maintenance cost. Please call this company for your furnace needs. Very honest and reliable. No scams with them!! Thank you Frank!!

The crew arrived ready, prepared and went to work right away. It took them about 10hrs to complete. Everything is running Great and I am very satisfied. The workers were courtesy, explained everything and cleaned up as though they were never there Yes I would definitely recommend them

After more than a decade of use, the old furnace was worn out and in need of replacement. I contacted Alfa Service, and they promptly scheduled a time to install a high-efficiency Midea heat pump. The installation was extremely professional, and their star-rated after-sales service is truly trustworthy. I highly recommend Alfa Service, the leading Chinese-owned HVAC company. Had a great experience with the Alfa team. From the quoting process with Jason to the installation day with Neil and his crew. Everything was clear and well organized. The new heat pump has made our house much more comfortable and energy efficiency compared to our 20 year old furnace! Thanks again to the Alfa team for their great work.
