Unfortunately I do not recommend this facility. I requested massage services for a neck injury and upper back injury, as I have coverage for a particular amount of sessions of massage as well as physio. However I was booked in for physio not massage. I've never done these sorts of services and considering the guy massaged my neck the first 2 appts I thought that's what it was. He did not really assess me in my opinion, just a mere few questions. He was all over the place, he did heat, the shock treatments, the glass balls, and massage, and wanted to do acupauncture as well. In the end it was when he grabbed a knot in my back and pulled on it outwards that pretty much crippled me. By the 3rd appt I was in excruciating pain in my neck, back AND hip (which wasnt a problem upon commencement) Upon informing the guy of the pain he was very dismissive and simply taped my upper back and said it would get better. At the time I could barely walk which wasn't an issue prior to treatment. As I got frustrated he then informed me that this wasn't even massage, it was physio! Then they tried to book me with the RMT.... I ended up in emergency that evening due to the hip pain he induced. I did not feel cared for or attended too. Very dissapointed.

I came in with a painful shoulder injury, and the team at Aldergrove Physio and Rehab was incredible from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and truly knowledgeable. Thanks to their care, I’m back to full movement and feeling great. Highly recommend!

Amitinder Dhaliwal, the best physiotherapist, I had my treatments from several different clinics over the past few years, but in a matter of just 4 sittings with Amitinder, the pain is just gone, Thank you very much Amitinder!!

I had a wonderful experience at Aldergrove Physio. Inderpreet is awesome. She is very experienced, helpful and caring. She knew how to work the right areas and she was full of helpful tips. I really enjoyed my appts with her. She seems to genuinely care about her patients. She also has a great sense of humour and had me laughing at each meeting. Elijah the RMT was wonderful as well. Very professional and caring. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. Wait times were short and they were able to work around my schedule.
