Super happy with this clinic! Everyone was so friendly, and made my dog Sophie and I feel so welcome and at home. Dr. Erica was extremely helpful, and explained everything so well! Sophie definitely got her fair share of treats and attention from all the staff. Absolutely recommend for anyone needing a vet.

ALL the staff at Aldergrove Animal Hospital are simply AMAZING! We have been clients for over five years with all of our pets and have had nothing but the best care from all the staff! We had the privilege of working with Heather who helped guide us on a weight loss journey for both our young Beagle and our cat, she is very encouraging and knowledgeable and was an intricate part in our pets success in the program! I highly recommend this vet office for anyone's pet nutrition or veterinary needs!

Definitely recommend this clinic! My little Shih Tzu is usually a nervous wreck at the vet but this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. The whole team was so lovely and gentle with him. I’m so glad we’ve found our forever vet!

I couldn't be more thrilled with the service I receive at this vet office. My dog is not easy to deal with as he is very frightened of everything (life is out to get him is his personality) and the compassion these people have is really heartwarming. They never push him past his comfort level and they always treat him with the most care even when he is a little monster. I won't ever take him to another vet, every experience for him here has been a good one, and that's exactly what he needs to become trusting of new people.
We had gone to another vet that traumatized the little guy, and left me crying in the vet office hearing his screams of terror. My anxiety for taking him to the vet is high, but I have never been uncomfortable with the thought of taking him here.
Thank you so much for all that you do, and for listening to my concerns with open ears and an open heart. Your love for animals is clear.
I'd give you a million stars if I could, thank you so much for the care you have given to Freddie!

Back in December 2002, a Sunday night, our 13 year old cat urinated on the couch. Then again on Monday. We made an appointment for Friday to take him to the vet. They did blood and urine analysis and sold me a prescription for Clavamox. When the prescription was handed to me, I asked about any possible side effects and I was yelled at and told "I already made it up!" I paid the bill and left with the cat. I got medication into him on the Friday and Saturday. He hated it and it was a fight. By Sunday, he was not doing well and Sunday night, he was having difficulty breathing. My teenage son performed CPR but he died that night.
We took him to the vet the next morning for cremation. They charged me for that as well, without even a complimentary footprint.
Ever since I have been calling and emailing to get to the bottom of why my cat died 2 years ago. As "trained professionals", if he was that far gone, they should have told us to take him home and keep him comfortable, instead of charging me $800. I researched Clavamox and 4 separate websites said that it caused difficulty breathing, precisely how he died.
I have dealt with 3 separate veterinarians at that office, and nobody is giving me any answers. In fact, I have been ignored. I would never take my animals there again. These people are murderers, and then they hide.
