I had an appointment for cleaning my carpet last week, and Jason G. called me before coming in the appointed time. He had all necessary ancillaries to take care of my house clean and spotless as it was. Jason was very friendly, and thorough in cleaning the carpet, paying much attention to details and all nooks and corners of each room was cleaned. All the more, Jason G. was very gentle, smiling and explaining to me details as he was working on the carpet. I am extremely pleased with the way Jason rendered the service and would give 10 starts if that were available. Extremly happy and pleased. Thanks Jason G.

They took my rug for 7 days, when it was time to deliver they kept lying about time and ended up keeping me waiting for 5hours. When it was finally delivered I paid only to open the Carpet and find it worse that it was, dusty stained and smelly, they just kept in their storage for 7days and returned it to me. I tried asking for a refund the lady said no that they will have to investigate and correct it before considering a refund, she insisted that I send the photos of the carpet but once she saw how dirty it was, her attitude changed and decided they will work on my complaint on 2nd March, initially she had told me they will pivk it up tomorrow. I am stuck with a smelly dusty rug, my two year old and i are asthmatic, the dusty rug will surely kill us, but do you care? No, you have already pocketed $281 . Please refund my money so I can have it cleaned somewhere else, my child's health and mine is at risk .

Timothy was amazing! We love this company. It’s our go to service for carpet cleaning. They even do enzyme treatments, which was extremely effective. The honesty and thorough. I’ve had two cleans by them and will get it done yearly. The pricing is also unbeatable. I really appreciate all they did. They even offered to come back for free if the enzyme treatment wasn’t effective on the first dose. I really appreciated them following up and offering to come back to ensure it was done well. You don’t have many companies with this level of care and quality assurance. So pleased with every service we’ve had. And Timothy is just exceptional

Alberta carpet cleaning cleaned my carpets.I am beyond impressed. I didn’t think service like this existed anymore. A real person (Anna), not AI, did the booking using text messages. Convenient and effective. Mark cleaned my carpets. The results are amazing. My carpets hadn’t been cleaned since the house was built 18 years ago. I thought for sure they needed to be replaced. Excellent results. Excellent service. Excellent experience. Professional and knowledgeable employees. Fair price considering the expense of replacement.
