Absolutely horrible. Overpriced, run down ghetto machines, Incompetent staff. Machines kept breaking down mid cycle, the woman tried to lie when we asked if she added the extra $1.25 to the cycle and say "oh, no, im not sure, I dont think so, no..." she just mumbled nonsense all the time to avoid answering questions. In the middle of the machine breaking down for the 3rd time, she leaves to go help a customer that just walked in. We got our $1.25 and left with a massive wet blanket instead of having to put up with this establishment for a second longer. Another lady took her stuff and left before us because her machine wasnt working either. The woman working tried to get us to put the blanket into a different dryer, and when we did a bunch of feathers and lint from others laundry blew right into our faces. Fun. We have been thoroughly reminded why we avoid Langford at all costs. Just as run down and deplorable as it was years ago. And DONT eat any the wethers in the bowl at the front! Tasted like... rancid soap and disappointment. Save yourself the inconvenience, anger, probably some money too, and go somewhere else. Unless you like being scammed and wasting time.

Great service. Efficient staff on weekend mornings in particular as they are very helpful. Cat pee blankets come back smelling like lush tropical getaway - what more can one ask.

Best place to do laundry in Langford! Always clean and bright, the team is friendly and attentive, and it’s open at convenient hours. Central location and no trouble parking—5 stars for sure!

We had a large well used blanket and heated blanket in desperate need of laundering. The owners could not have been more friendly and welcoming. They were extremely helpful and took the time to show us which were the best machines to use and helped us get started. Very friendly environment.

Nice location in Langford Downtown- top notch Customer service 👌- our drier stopped working and did drop off clothes twice- plenty of machines- reasonable price and friendly staff- definitely recommend this place.
