We had 5 ceiling lights, 1 wall light, 1 light switch and 1 ceiling fan installed. Andrew the technician was great. Courteous, fast, cleaned up as he went. Was just finishing last job, the ceiling fan. Installed, turned on and was not working. Fan was faulty. We had to order another one. Andrew and the the company said that they would come back and reinstall the new fan when we get it for no extra cost. That is amazing customer service. Andrew just installed new fan and working great. Even packaged up the broken fan for us to send back. Will 100% recommend Akai Electric for great quality of work, price and Customer Service.
