I come here often for massage, and that has been fine. I recently decided to see a physiotherapist for an assessment. Not sure if I’m missing something, but really felt like a waste of money. I showed up a few minutes early, and was brought back late. I was then put in a room and left to sit for another 5 minutes. Guy finally came in and asked what I was in for, I told him I have a multitude of issues going on, he said that we can only address one as we won’t have time. I showed him what was going on, he gave me 3 basic stretches to do, which I told him I already do. He then gave me 10 minutes of cupping and then left me to lay in a hot blanket for 15 minutes, and after all that, let me go 5 minutes early. So basically I paid over 100 dollars to get 10 minutes of cupping, do 3 basic stretches, and only get maybe 45-50 minutes of my hour. Seemed like a joke to me, and then he wanted me back in a week 😂 Il probably keep coming here for massage, but definitely won’t be back for physio. Money down the drain

Eyal (physio) has been fantastic in treating my hip after years of imbalance from a knee injury/surgery, as well as my forearm tendonitis. He doesn't overload you with exercises, what he gives you is super manageable and it works! Kristen has to be the best RMT I've been to... she listens, she's very knowledgeable, her technique is unrivaled, and she's an absolute joy to chat with. I highly recommend this place for both physio and massage!

I had a massage session today with Shannon, and I truly felt a difference. She worked with so much care and intuition, focusing on every area with attention and purpose. It felt like she understood exactly where my body needed relief, and her touch was both healing and comforting. After the session, I felt a deep sense of relief, calm, and genuine care. There was a warmth and sincerity in her approach that made the entire experience feel personal and reassuring. The quality of care she provides truly stands out, and I’m very grateful for the experience. I would highly recommend Shannon.

Elizabeth K the RMT here at this location is very knowledgeable, she is quite doesnt talk if you don't. She addresses all the areas. I love her massage cupping style never had both done together. And her pressure was on point. Highly recommend

Today was my first appointment for massage therapy at Airdrie Physiotherapy. It was a wonderful experience. Desiree not only did great job, she also explained the facts about how to keep our body muscles fatigue free, she explained in detail how to keep our body posture for sitting job. My massage experience was so good, felt so relaxed. I am going for more appointments. Definitely recommending people to use their service.
