I have been using Airdrie Automotive for over 25 years, always been very satisfied with Mike. He sold the business last year and I was devastated at first. Mike made a point of posting to say he chose a company that he felt would take care of his customers with the same service and values he built the business on. Had 1st oil change done a few months ago, all good. Well here I am time for another oil change, 2 days before my appointment my car developed major issues. Had to get it towed to the shop. Adam was excellent, he took care of everything. Lots of issues regarding the parts from Nissan. He kept me informed all through the process. I want to thank Adam for being so wonderful, your customer service is TOP NOTCH!! You took care of everything and made it easier on me. Thank you so much.

my parents have been going to Airdrie Automotive for over 20 years and with the recent sale, I was a little uneasy if they were going to receive the same amazing service they have always gotten. Well, the last couple of weeks has been a tough one for our family and my dad ended up in the hospital, so my mom is driving into Calgary every day. The other day, her vehicle started making noise and smoking, had to get it towed from the NW. she got it in first thing Monday morning and Airdrie Automotive have taken care of her once again. They figured out what was wrong, which was a pain in itself and knowing my mom needs to go to the hospital every day, they set her up with some wheels till the part comes in and vehicle is fixed. I’m in tears and I am so thankful that the owners that took over have carried on the same kind of service that Airdrie Automotive always has. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate you.

I had a great experience getting my Honda CR-V fixed at this shop. I called three different places to compare prices, and this one was by far the most reasonable. The customer service from Adam was exceptional from start to finish. The shuttle service Owen gave was top of the line and super fun, which made things even easier. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon — very fast turnaround. Highly recommend this place!

As a new resident of Airdrie Alberta I was very skeptical about finding a new mechanic. Trusting a new mechanic is a whole other story. I met Randy and the other staff members and immediately I was made to feel welcome and appreciated. I dropped my 2019 Dodge Ram off for an oil change and check up. I just got the truck last week from a dealership in Edmonton and little did I know there was no warranty. Anyway the front end needed a bunch of repairs including an axle. The staff were all really awesome. The repairs were completed at a reasonable price. If you need repairs on your vehicle. Give the staff at Airdrie Automotive a chance. I am confident you will be happy and your vehicle will be fixed properly the 1st time. Thank you everyone at Airdrie Automotive. John C.

We were in need of some fairly extensive engine repairs for our Pathfinder. Mike was extremely patient and professional in describing what needed to be done and provided a detailed quote for the work. The work was done on time and under budget. Mike also showed us a video of the work in progress and a box with all of the parts that they replaced. I also have to make mention of Owen, the courtesy driver. He made my short ride back home from dropping off the car memorable and enjoyable. Altogether a positive experience and we will be using Airdrie Automotive again.
