I asked Aim Electric after buying an old house for a quote on rewiring. The man who came was rude, belligerent and told me that not only did I buy a fire hazard and should move out immediately. He then told me of his friend who for 65,000. would gut my home to make it livable. Lol. His coworker tried to apologize but I kicked them out and complained to the company. The company told me that I was lying and apparently did nothing. A few years later I heard of a similar incident , again with a woman, who also kicked him out. If you are a woman, never use Aim Electric.

Shout out to Darren for coming out with short notice on Christmas Eve day to fix a wiring problem for my family. Great customer service, great work, great company. 10/10, do recommend.

I was familiar with an employee and found him to be a "stand up guy".This is the only reason I went with them. I contacted them and was given a quote that I agreed to. The work was done and my stress level was lowered. It returned when I recieved my bill...it was more than I agreed to. Ok they made a mistake...I contacted them in person and wrote to them. Absolutely no attempt to correct the mistake was made. I paid them the quoted price and later contacted the BBB. Aim refused to cooperate with the BBB. They later sold off the inflated price they attempted take me for...to a collection agency. I have read the responses to reviews and note how the owner lies about trying to resolve bill issues. Apparently the only "stand up guy" is the person I knew...

Dean helped me out. Got me exactly what I needed, at a great price. Was quick and easy. Had great communication. Even though I didn't exactly know what I needed to start with. Highly recommended. Great customer service here.

The only good thing about this company is that they could come right away, but I assume that is because they are not in high demand (based on others with bad experiences that we have talked to.) They did the job but charged twice as much as they said. They said they would look into the bill but never did. Finally had to go to the shop to discuss bill which they lowered by a bit, but not to quoted price. Quote was verbal, not on paper. Would not use again unless we were desperate.
