Terry owner of Affordable quality roofing and Joes contracting has very bad business practices. They use mix and match products which is not allowed and roofs do not qualify for warranties. All of there work is subbed out to other crews who don’t get paid and come back to houses knocking doors and causing homeowners headache. There are a lot of companies out there who do quality work (and the pricing is far more reasonable then these guys) and make sure all labor gets paid and care about there clients investment versus aqrltd.

We were in need of a whole new roof and Terry and his team were fantastic. From the initial assessment by Farah who was so lovely, to the installation by Bal and his brave crew (our roof is quite steep!) everything went so smoothly. Affordable Quality Roofing is professional, knowledgeable and their pricing is competitive. I would absolutely recommend them, our new roof is beautiful!

Affordable did my roof 11 years ago and I have been very pleased. Recently, I had a minor leak and after speaking with Terry, he quickly understood my concern. The problem was not related to the roof; however, I was extremely pleased with the response I received to solve the issue. Two enthusiastic, pleasant and qualified employees showed up. Problem identified and fixed. Definitely recommend this company.

We could not be happier with our experience with Terry (the owner) and his team from Affordable Quality Roofing. We had our entire roof replaced, from start to finish everything was handled with professionalism and care. Bal and his crew were hardworking, respectful and did an excellent job. Bal communicated with us every step of the way. Terry was a pleasure to work with and truly cared about making sure everything was done right. The quality of their work was excellent and everything was left clean and tidy when the job was completed. Actually it was left clean every single night before they left while working on our roof. We had an issue after the guys left but it was immediately rectified, on a Saturday no less. We highly recommend Affordable Quality Roofing for reliable top-quality roofing work.

Thank you to Terry, Bal and the rest of the crew. You gave me everything I asked for in the contract and then some. I was impressed by Bal’s leadership and commitment to doing a good job. I honestly didn’t expect them to complete the roof in two days. Working hard and long hours and all the tiles are straight the ridge caps are nice and even and all the ice shields and flashing were dealt with as requested. We chose Affordable over another company because they could park a truck in driveway instead of a bin. I have already recommend Affordable Quality Roofing to another contractor in town and my neighbour talked to Bal and got his number as well. Overall we are very impressed. Thank you
