We were referred to Affordable Auto for service on our BMW X5, and Audi RS4. They are knowledgeable on all makes of vehicles with expertise to fix the most demanding issues. They are excellent at diagnosing the issues and coming up with affordable solutions to keep our vehicles in tip top shape. They are a family style service shop, over the years Chris and Rachel have become part of our extended family. They now look after all our family vehicles, BMW X5, Audi RS4, 2 Subaru Outbacks, Chevy Malibu. We have complete confidence in their ability to service and repair our vehicles. We feel very fortunate to have a long term relationship with a service shop in Vernon and we highly recommend Affordable Auto to anyone looking for a great service shop! They go the extra mile for us, our Daughter and family had a power failure issue and stopped running on the highway coming back from Kelowna. I called Rachel for advice and she immediately called a tow truck for the car, arranged for the car to be taken back Affordable, stayed overtime to make sure they made it back. She arranged for a courtesy car so our daughter could take her family home and have a car to drive while her Subaru was being fixed. That kind of service excellence is rare and very much appreciated! Chris and his team at Affordable Auto work magic every time I bring in my car for detailing. Life as a Realtor finds me living out of my car most days. And my car takes the brunt of it. The booking process, customer service, and detail to providing a clean interior and exterior help bring my car back up to square one, ready to take on work again. Plus, I feel like I have a brand new car each time they detail it! Grateful to have incredible service like this in Vernon. I highly recommend Affordable Auto.

Wasn’t sure if this is the right place to get my car checked ,but so glad that I trusted this place get my car diagnosis , they were so quick and didn’t make me wait for long hours , simply told me expected timeline and super clear with information. They didn’t charge me for anything extra and they were honest about diagnosis and told there is nothing wrong with the car …. I truly appreciate their honesty as I know some of the car repair shops just want to make money and bring up the false information !!! You can trust this place without any hesitation…

Don’t expect to sit and wait, they are super busy. Some may complain but I look at it like a very busy shop suggests trust by the vehicle owners that support them. Rachael is super friendly and Jessie ( not sure of spelling) is incredibly thorough and I was impressed. They saved me from having to take my older car to Jaguar itself for service and pay an arm and a leg. Don’t hesitate to try them as their knowledge of higher end vehicles is impressive.
