As someone who had never tried physiotherapy before, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started at Affinity Wellness, but my experience has been nothing but positive! Camille is kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and understood during our sessions. I have chronic pain and autoimmune, and she has been incredibly accommodating and attentive in her approach. I feel heard, supported, and respected at every appointment. The reception team also deserves a mention! They are consistently warm, welcoming, and kind, making each experience pleasant and comfortable from start to finish. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received so far and would absolutely recommend Affinity Wellness to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized care.

I recently had a wonderful massage with Sarah Boyd. She was very thorough and precise. My neck was stiff and very sore. By the time the appointment was over everything had relaxed. I would highly recommend her. Will definitely be seeing her again.

Everyone from the reception staff to the physio therapist were very pleasant and polite. It made my visit very pleasant. Also Camille Elden the physio was very throw and detailed in her questions and approach so as to fully understand my condition and then she carefully started in on my shoulder rotator cuff and methodically delved in and brought me some relief and it has improved my condition. I will return for a follow up treatment and do the exercises she sent me.

I am a newcomer in Canada, and not gonna lie that it is my first time ever doing massage therapy and chiropractic services here in Canada. I would say that this place is highly recommended! They give brief explanations before starting the treatments to understand it fully. The place is very clean and they have professional workers! Dr. Schultz is great! RMT Samantha is awesome too. All the receptionists are so accommodating and friendly. 10/10

I’ve been with Affinity Wellness for many years, originally for my son’s sport‑related needs, and this Kelowna location has always been a perfect fit. What started as physiotherapy support quickly revealed itself to be so much more: Affinity is a true wellness centre with everything you need for recovery and overall well‑being. Over the years I’ve used their convenient services as needed, and more recently I’ve been in regularly for an injury. Every visit reminds me how exceptional their culture of care is—the staff greet you warmly (sometimes even in song, lol), make sure you’re looked after from start to finish, and consistently go the extra mile. My physiotherapy with Chaika has been outstanding. She’s professional, informative, and makes sure you leave each appointment with the tools and knowledge to continue your recovery at home. Thanks to her treatments, I’m confident I’ll fully heal. I’ve also been fortunate to have massage therapy from Beverley, Patrick, and Ariana. Each therapist brings a unique skill set, and all have helped me progress week after week. I’m genuinely grateful to them—and to the rest of the team—for being such an important part of my recovery and wellness journey. If you’re not using Affinity to enhance your lifestyle or support your recovery, you should be! Highly recommended.
