This is by far the worst laser clinic I've ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional and rude management staff. One appointment the tech forgot and didn’t show up so they gave me a 30% discount for the next few sessions. Then their machine broke and they kept telling me they will contact me when its fixed but never did. Finally I call again and they tell me they just ended up getting a new machine (this is a year later) So, I book appointment and then when I show up they tell me the price doubled with the new machine. No one thought to tell me this on the phone or call me to tell me the old machine was not getting fixed. Then their new tech tells me their old machine wasn’t even for hair removal and doesn’t work very well (after spending a lot of money getting treatment by it) The manager tells me that she will take blame for everything but they will do nothing to rectify the situation except for honor the original 30% discount. Ive already paid them a lot of money for a treatment that never got finished. Manager tells me they only just finished training on machine yesterday and thats why I haven’t been contacted. Yet, people were getting treatments weeks ago with this machine. So, they directly lie to you. I told the manager they would be getting bad reviews and she tells me that if I do that she was going to go to my company page and give me bad reviews (she has never done business with my company so she is willing to lie just to what? Get back at me for telling the truth?) The lack of communication and integrity is just non existent at this establishment.

I had an excellent experience with Makayla's wonderful treatments, she was very professional/friendly through the entire time of my laser treatment. Was quick and virtually painless and results turned out amazing. The clinic was extremely clean and welcoming, I would 100% recommend visiting Aesthetic Works and booking with Makayla.

I had an amazing experience with laser and facial treatments for the very first time. From start to finish, everything was very professional, calming, relaxing and most importantly super effective, Makayla was incredibly Knowledgeable and made my time there great! by explaining step by step of the process, I highly recommend booking with Makayla for one of her high-quality care and visible results definitely will be coming back!

I had my first appointment with Makayla not too long ago and she was great! I was comfortable the whole appointment and her attention to detail was amazing. She is a very knowledgeable aesthetician!! I will definitely be back.

Have had a few facials done here with Makayla and my skin has never been happier. The experience itself was so relaxing and Makayla was so accommodating to all my needs making sure I was comfortable. She catered specifically to my skins needs and made sure I left glowing!
