I appreciate this gym an incredible amount. The manager has always been easy to talk to, even in regards to not-so-nice issues, he’s been incredibly polite, and seems to be open minded towards new ideas. If you’re new to town, or just dropping by, this is THE gym to go to! 💪🏼

I finished my 12 personal training sessions with Emily just over a week ago and wanted to share my experience, as I highly recommend her as a personal trainer for anyone who is looking. As an absolute beginner and someone with high social anxiety, deciding to go to the gym was a BIG step for me. I didn't know what I was doing and I felt incredibly insecure about it. I decided to sign up for personal training so I could learn the basics and push myself to get into the habit, and I'm so glad I did. From the start, Emily was incredible. She is so friendly and caring and has this unique ability to read people. She made me comfortable from the start and I quickly looked forward to my sessions with her. She took the time to ask about my prior experience and struggles and created a workout plan for me that really helped ease me into coming to the gym, which also helped me look forward to it and made building the habit of going that much easier. Additionally, she really took the time to teach me about the gym. She showed me the machines and how to use them, exercise alternatives, ran me through circuits and always answered every question I had. As mentioned, she has a unique ability to intuitively read people, meaning that she know when and where to adjust exercises to ensure I felt comfortable without me needing to communicate it. She was also able to tell when I could add more weight and was able to professionally guide me into doing so, which really helped build my confidence by showing me that I'm stronger than I thought. Emily helped me to not only learn about the gym, etiquette, machines and environment, but also helped me change my mindset about coming to the gym. It easily went from something I avoided and dreaded to something I genuinely look forward to doing. I would have loved to be able to continue my sessions, though due to cost and minimal package offerings from the gym itself, and current state of the world, that sadly wasn't an option for me, however I truly do feel that Emily did such a wonderful job that I now have the confidence and knowledge to tackle the gym on my own for the time being. Holy crap. You guys are the absolute worst when it comes to payments. I quit a while ago and paid everything off and you guys are still charging me. I walked in multiple times, paid an “outstanding balance” so I can cancel my membership and I am still getting charged. I walked in and talked to the front desk, send multiple emails, phoned, filled out a form for quitting,… I send in a letter that I will be moving places soon too and it got noticed. Ironic how the laziest people work in a gym. I really enjoyed working out in the gym but the absolute worst customer service ever

Didn't respond to my emails till I email twice. Don't share membership fees without a sales appointment. TVs repeat videos of botox injections, pizza, and haircuts. secondary issues: Touchless water fountain didn't work. Front door issues (one gal tried her fob for about 15 minutes, and I only know that cause I was sitting in my car). No sauna or cold plunge anymore. ----------- Otherwise, they are a gym with new weights and machines.

I joined Aesthetic Nation in November while recovering from a knee injury, not because I am a regular gym-goer, but because their equipment is really good. Unfortunately, several issues have made this a frustrating experience. The women’s locker room offers no privacy for changing clothes. There is no designated private area, and people are constantly coming in and out. Unless you do it in the shower, you are expected to change in front of others. The only alternative is using a public washroom, which is not an appropriate or sanitary place to undress, and it lacks basic amenities such as benches or proper space to manage personal belongings. The most serious concern has been billing and communication. When I signed up, the salesperson had difficulty setting up my credit card. I later discovered the payment still had not gone through and had to go to the front desk myself to request that my membership be charged. I was clearly told at sign-up that my first two weeks were complimentary and that I only needed to pay the enrollment fee, which I did that same day. Despite this, I was later charged for those initial two weeks. I contacted management by email and followed up, but I have yet to receive any response. While the gym has strong equipment, the lack of locker room privacy, billing errors, and poor follow-up from management significantly detract from the overall experience.

I travel all over the country and always look for a gym when I am out of town and this gym is by far the best one I have ever seen. The equipment is top of the line, the staff are great without selling hard just truly trying to serve. The people at the gym are serious about their workouts and is very inviting for an out of town visitor. If I lived in Kelowna it’s the first membership I would be buying.
