I love what Aerth Saunas is creating – a calm, inclusive, thoughtfully designed place to rest and reconnect. The facilities are always pristine, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with real intention. I appreciate the full experience they’ve built: hot saunas, refreshing cold plunges, outdoor gathering areas, and quiet spaces to unwind at your own pace. It all flows together so naturally. The team leads with heart, and it shows in every detail, from the welcoming atmosphere to the way the whole space invites you to slow down and breathe. Exactly the kind of wellness space every city needs more of.

Stunning. The dreamy sauna village transports you to another world. We can’t wait to make a return visit. You don’t want to miss this. These gorgeous, authentic saunas are hot and steamy and the cold plunge is magic. It’s a special spot to be sure.

This place is amazing! I found out about it from a buddy and signed up for their “heat seeker” promotion. Love the downtown location, staff is super friendly and the facilities are clean. The saunas are nice and hot, cold plunge is mighty cold and you definitely need to experience the “Aufguss” sauna ceremony. All in all, 6/5 stars! Highly recommend.

Wow! Amazing experience! The staff are very friendly, and the space is beautiful and clean. You can tell that it’s been designed with a lot of thought put into the small details and the user experience. One of my favourite things was the silent sauna, and the lack of phones on premises (there are 2 other saunas where you can talk). I would bring deck shoes/ flip flops for outside the saunas and shower. Also appreciated that there were electrolytes and tea. Will for sure be back and highly recommend!

Amazing sauna experience for a good price! The staff were very funny, nice, and accommodating which made the experiences a lot better and more comfortable. The layout is done intentionally making the space feel larger than it is. The saunas are a sleek, neat design that can accommodate a good amount of people. They reminded me of hearts
