Really disappointed with how things here are managed and handled. Started here with the parents and tots class which was really fun and cute for the kids. Fast forward 2 classes now and the kids are on there own with a coach to find out at the end that the kids are apparently struggling to do even half the things on the (unknown) check list. The coach unfortunately was not very hands on and would show a group of kids once, sit down, and then let them have at it. Never once were we told by the coach how they were progressing or what they could practice at home. I'm not planning to raise Olympians here in the slightest but to finally see this infamous check list of a 5 year old 3 quarters blank and not a word from the coach ever tells me to not waste my money here and go somewhere else.

My daughter just finished a session with coach Ben and he was so amazing with her, very hands on, and demonstrating everything very nicely. At times was silly and the kids loved it!

Pretty good set up for the kids to learn gymnastics safely and fun. The instructors take the kids through the skills and take time explaining the movements etc. The outfits are really expensive if you want to get them there and there is also two birthday parties rooms. Despite them teaching you they still require you or buy your own insurance as they likely don’t have business insurance so I’m not sure why they would risk the liability without having their own insurance oh and don’t forget your socks lol.

Love, love, love this place. I started going to this gym at their old location and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there (when I was much, much younger). Fast forward 20 years and my daughter and I started going when she was about 13 months at their new location in spruce grove. We initially started going for their drop in program (which is FANTASTIC) especially for moms looking to get their littles out of the house and play. We then joined their recreational programs (September will be our second season) and my daughter, now 3, is hooked. She asks all the time when she can go to gymnastics and cannot wait to start again. The teachers are knowledgeable, engaged and wonderful at what they do. The gym is clean, organized and runs a great program. I’m hoping my daughter can go to playschool here as well as I’ve heard so many good things about that as well. Highly recommend.
