Been a good customer for many years. Disappointed that they refused to order an easily available part because it seemed to be too much trouble. There are lots of other locksmiths in Edmonton that offer better customer service

10/10. I highly recommend this company. Dock was the guy that came out to fix my lock and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future if I ever needed this kind of service. Thanks

If I could give them 10 stars, I totally would. Called them up because I had locked my one and only keyfob inside my car (The 'valet' key that I got didn't even match my key .. brutal time to find that out!!! Thanks for nothing car dealership that sold me the new to me car). Before my review, note that I had called a different Auto Locksmith before Aegis and that person came by, asked me if the parked car was the one, to which I said yes, he basically just shook his head and drove off (obviously could not do anything for me). Now the review .. Daniel arrived promptly (about 1/2 hr) and pulled out his 'thru the wedged-window pick tool first'. I was kind of in-doubt because I had AMA come out and they said .. ya.. I can't go thru that little window without breaking your trim (so no go). BUT Daniel, DID NOT give up, he then pulled out his trusty lock-pick tool set and went to work!! A short while later .. like Houdini .. the keylock turned and car door was opened!! I told him, 'you're my new superhero'!! I know it's what they do, but the fact that the first Auto-locksmith didn't even bother to get out of his car to try (AND they have 4.5 star reviews on them), tells me how good Aegis Locksmiths peeps are at what they do. Price is fine .. compared to what the Dealer would have charged me, it's far less, I'm sure and $ well spend on a lesson of my own stupid doing .. thanks Daniel!!!

I have a 1991 geo metro that I snapped my key for. Brought in the key to have a copy made and unfortunately the first few did not work, but they were very relentless in helping me to get this resolved. Ended with me bringing in the lock cylinder from the car and they were able to copy the key off of that Very satisfied with the work they did and I’m super pleased that they offered up several alternatives to help me get a new key cut. I have used several different locksmithing companies in the city and this is the only one I’ve been to with this amount of knowledge and creativity.

Honestly, my best experience with a lock smith for auto I have ever had. Got my key fob stolen last night, and called around. These folks were incredible. Easy to handle. Both employees were very informative and helped immensely. I will be recommending everyone to come to Aegis. Will be coming back every time I need something.
