We knew we needed to have our roof fone andkept putting it off. Tristan was in the neighborhood using a drone to look at roofs in our neighborhood. He stopped by and we set up a visit the next day. He was so thorough and answered all our questions. Even came by again after I changed my mind on the color. He had said said since it was the busy season, we could expect it in the fall, late September. To my Surprise they installed it in August. The crew were fantastic. They took care of all the cleanup. In less then 7 hours it was done. Would recommend them 100%

Five stars isn’t enough for Advanced Level Roofing Edmonton and especially for Sage at the front desk. Before a single shingle was touched, Sage set the tone for the entire experience. From the first phone call, she was professional, organized, and genuinely kind. She made scheduling easy, answered every question clearly, and kept me updated without me ever having to chase anyone down. What really stood out was how much she cared. She didn’t treat me like “just another booking.” She made sure everything was lined up properly, followed up when she said she would, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. People don’t always realize this, but the person coordinating everything behind the scenes can make or break an experience and Sage absolutely made it. Advanced Level Roofing Edmonton is lucky to have someone like her representing their company. She’s the kind of employee every business wishes they had. If this is the level of professionalism they have at the front desk, it says everything about the company as a whole.

The guys did a fantastic job, keep the area clean and very professional. Follow up from management to check if everything is good. They kept to the schedule as planned, despite weather. I would recommend them for anyone look for new or replacement roofing. Ours was a replacement and you couldn't tell they had even been there after they were done, besides the new shingles

Fantastic group of people, very professional and got the Job done to complete satisfaction. Even had a small issue with remaining debris, we called and they come over next day to clean everything up. Reasonable Prices, Great Warranty and most of all peace of mind! Highly recommend to use them.

We recently had new shingles installed by Advanced Level Roofing Edmonton and while the final product itself appears to be good, the overall experience left a lot to be desired—mainly due to poor communication and a lack of follow-through on what was promised. Our initial meeting with the salesman (Sean) was great. He was friendly, thorough, and assured us the installation would take place within two weeks. He also highlighted a customer portal where we could check the status of our project, which gave us confidence in their process. Unfortunately, communication broke down quickly. After three weeks with no updates, we contacted the company ourselves and were told the materials should arrive by the end of the week. Instead of notifying us of delivery, the crew showed up at our home without any warning, asking to move vehicles in the middle of a workday when we weren’t home. We had to scramble to find someone who could move the vehicles so the project wouldn’t be delayed even further. I expressed my concern and was assured we would receive notice going forward. The company later texted (on Thursday late afternoon) that the crew would arrive between 11–12 on Friday, so we made sure the driveway was accessible. Nobody showed up, and we received no call or message explaining the no-show. Then, at 8 a.m. the next morning (Saturday), the crew arrived unannounced, rang the doorbell, and woke up everyone in the house asking us again to move vehicles. This second surprise visit was extremely frustrating, especially after specifically requesting proper notice. We also experienced issues during the installation itself. The salesman had emphasized that the crew tarps around the house to catch debris and protect the property. This absolutely did not happen. While they did take care to put plywood over our hot tub, only a few haphazard tarps were put down, and large areas around the house were left uncovered. Our walkway and driveway now have black sludge on it that we’re left to clean up. On top of that, the crew placed construction waste in our green compost bin—something the city won’t pick up. I had to reach out yet again to the company to deal with that. Overall, while the roofing itself seems fine, the lack of communication, disregard for scheduling commitments, and poor site prep created a stressful experience. Clear communication and proper care for a customer’s property are just as important as the quality of the shingles, and I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve their processes moving forward.
