Advanced Level Roofing was great! They were on time, got the job done, and we didn't even have to be home. We came home to a beautiful new roof, it was excellent. I did find some nails laying around, however, when they called for a follow-up they sent someone the next week to do another circle around the house with their magnet picker upper. Fenix is so easy to speak with and very knowledgeable, we hope to be speaking to him again in the spring to talk about solar panels. AAANNNDDD they have 12 month 0% financing, this was such a bonus. This is our second time using Advanced Level Roofing to repair hail damage, and the experience has been excellent once again. Given that most roofing companies in Calgary are currently backlogged due to recent storms, I truly appreciate how you accommodate loyal customers. I would like to specifically thank Fenix for providing a fair price. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explained all the details regarding materials and scheduling. I appreciate the updates from Juan for keeping me up to date on my project schedule given their busy workload. The team conducted a thorough inspection of the roof and provided a detailed photo report. They also identified minor defects in the metal work during their inspection and quickly addressed them with the contractor. It is very reassuring to know that you inspect every detail before closing a project.

Was very happy with the new roof provided by Advanced Level Roofing from start to finish. Advanced Level Roofing contacted this week to make an appointment for a final inspection of the finished roof. Alex arrived at the time as provided and explained the process and said he would check in once the inspection was completed. I provided one area in particular of part of the metals installation and he said he would check that out. It was very cold so I greatly appreciated that I could stay inside and he would check out my concern. He was about 20 minutes to check out and then returned with pictures from the drone showing the roof status. Alex also had seen my one concern and this was discussed. Alex was very knowledgable and provided information on solar panels if I was going to consider this option in the future. Very professional and greatly appreciated the follow up, inspection and information. Would recommend Advanced Level Roofing for any roofing projects.

I used Advanced Level Roofing to repair hail damage. They replaced my roof and siding. All of the contractors we courteous and exhibited excellent craftsmanship. The project managers were easy to reach and they were effective at communicatingproject status and process. They have followed up to ensure satisfaction. I have not had any issues with the quality of the work, but I feel they would promptly address any issues if I had any.

We hired this roofing company for a full roof replacement, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. The shingles were laid down with precision, and the overall finish looks clean, uniform, and durable. They handled a large surface area efficiently, including tricky areas like the valleys, which were properly flashed with metal for long-lasting protection against leaks. The vent and pipe installations are neatly sealed and well-aligned, giving us confidence in both the appearance and performance of the roof. The crew was well-organized, on time, and left the property spotless after the work. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction.
