I got my septum pierced here after thinking about it for over a decade! Josh was a pleasure to work with. He made the experience super fun and comfortable for myself and my friends. We yapped and bantered throughout the FIVE minutes it took for the piercing to be done and it did not hurt AT ALL! Thank you so much Josh and the Adrenaline crew for making something that is probably so mundane for you guys (but a HUGE deal for me) into a core memory.

Had a really positive piercing experience here with Dylan. I got 4 piercings (3 lobe + 1 helix). It was my first helix piercing so I was a bit nervous, but Dylan was very knowledgeable and personable and took the time to make sure I was happy with placements. Super happy with my experience and would highly recommend.

Took my 81 year old grandma to get her 2nd lobe piercings done. The experience was top tier the moment we walked in. The receptionist with the black hair and gorgeous nails was wonderful. Attentive to detail & patient during jewelry selection and intake process. Sam the piercer was also a star. He was engaging and made the experience very comfortable and safe. His technique is "kind, gentle and precise": my grandma's words. Removing all pain and stress from the procedure. Thank you so so much for taking such good care of my Grammy.

I brought my six-year-old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and the staff made a great experience from start to finish. My daughter was nervous and a bit hesitant at first, but the team handled everything with so much patience and care. They reassured her every step of the way, kept her comfortable and confident, and never forced anything. The piercings turned out great, and the whole experience felt so positive. I would recommend this place again and again, and we’ll definitely be returning if we decide on more piercings in the future. Thank you to Dylan for making it such a great experience!

Took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced on Sunday. I was able to book and fill out a waiver online. Quick and simple. We were greeted by Michael who did an amazing job engaging with my nervous kiddo. He was patient, kind, had some hilarious dad humour and made the whole process a dream. The experience was amazing! Highly Recommend!
