After my sister unfortunately took me to a very bad place this morning, I was so relieved that I was able to bring all three of them to Adora, which is my favourite place so far — and I’m so glad I did. They all absolutely loved it! We got beautiful spring nails, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Maya, Kelly, Tammy, Tony, Kate, and Trae — every single one of them did a fantastic job on us. The attention to detail, care, and professionalism truly showed in their work. We are so thankful to all of you for making our morning relaxing, enjoyable, and exactly what we needed. This is what great customer service looks like — welcoming, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. I have been going to Adora Nails (Panorama) since November 2025. Each time I've gone, I have always had a good experience. The service is quite good, services are fairly priced and my nails always last way longer than what they suggest. My go to nail tech is Nini. She is so incredibly sweet, kind and caring. She always takes her time and makes sure every detail is perfect. No matter what design or idea I bring in, she executes it beautifully and somehow makes it even better than I imagined. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. She makes every appointment feel comfortable and welcoming, and I always leave feeling so happy and confident with my nails. If you are booking at Adora Nails, I highly recommend asking for Nini. She is truly amazing and deserves all the love and support!

I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience here. When I was first seated, I had to wait while two staff members were arguing about something. Although it wasn’t in English, it was clear that one was delegating the other, and “Miya” seemed unwilling to do my shellac removal. After their back-and-forth ended, she came to assist me. Instead of properly wrapping my nails in acetone foils for removal, I was asked to dip my hands in acetone. It was uncomfortable, left my hands feeling extremely dry and sticky, and did not feel like the correct technique. My nails were left feeling damaged and poorly treated, and the service overall felt rushed and unprofessional.

Love this place. Been coming for years. Tony has transformed my nails and now I am able to just have my natural nail. Would recommend this place for anyone! Especially Tony

Updated review: Guys book Tina if you’re going to this salon. She did my nails (yellow French tip) perfectly & on top of that she’s friendly & a warm person, it almost felt like I made a friend in her. Will definitely book her on my next visit! Thank you Tony for doing my nails. Absolutely loved my new nails! Ya’ll should book Tony he’s friendly & approachable. It’s my first time in Adora nails & loved my experience.
