Short notice appointment. Warm reception. Could not have asked for a better experience. The vet was attentive and thorough. The invoice was more than reasonable. I'd bring my mom's dog back here in a heartbeat 100%

Amazing vet office. Highly recommend. Unfortunately for me I live to far away and am having to change my vet office to somewhere local to me. Wish these folks all the best and my partner is still using them because she lives alot closer to admirals walk than I do. Keep up the great work Admirals Walk Vet team. Thank you for the lovely experiences. Aaron

Our first time into this pet hospital and it was everything I have ever wanted in a good veterinary hospital. It was peaceful and calm when we walked in. The vet that we saw was amazing. They didn’t try to oversell us on anything and our little Morkie has a renewed sense of life! I’m very appreciative of Dr. Louisa Henry and the staff. Thank you ! Charm’s family

This was our first visit to the clinic, and we’ll definitely be returning! We recently switched vets after our longtime vet retired, and unfortunately, our other recent experience left us feeling disappointed (the front desk staff weren’t very warm or compassionate, and the vet felt impersonal and cold) So we are deeply thankful to have found this clinic and Dr. Lobb. From the moment we called to when we checked out, the front desk team was exceptional — kind, helpful, and welcoming. Dr. Lobb made us feel completely at ease with his professional, thorough, and compassionate care. I left feeling reassured, supported, and genuinely grateful. Thank you for such a positive experience and taking such good care of us.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! My boyfriend and I recently got a puppy and decided to choose this vet for his second round of shots due to the good reviews. After submitting our new patient form, we received a call from the lady, but she was very disorganized and slow and did not engage in the conversations at all (we had to ask what days were available instead of it being told to us). The day of our appointment, we received a call only 4 hours before the appointment time saying our doctor was out sick and we needed to reschedule days after our original planned day. We asked if there’s anything sooner since the shots were due asap and they were unhelpful and dry and just said no we are booked up. Later that day, our puppy started acting sick and having diarrhea with blood and us being worried we called this vet hospital asking for advice or maybe an emergency visit. The man responded with “no we are fully booked” (not even sorry) and we asked for some advice since we are first time owners and asked is this was an emergency and he responded with “I don’t know, just wait until your appointment on Monday.” He also suggested to feed him chicken broth and rice (not even suitable for a puppy). Using our own judgment and not his advice, we rushed to the vca emergency hospital where they did a quick swab and told us he had parvovirus and now he is in intensive care for the next week. Luckily the vets say we caught it just in time, but it is disgusting to think if we had taken this hospitals advice and just waited, our baby puppy would’ve been dead. Do not ever go here, it is not worth the risk.
