i had a great experience today with gabie for the semi-permanent lip blush! she was super attentive and kind, gave great feedback, walked me through the healing process and made sure she knew exactly what i wanted done. i also got my hair + makeup done by ella! she was super sweet, and experienced. the staff were all extremely welcoming, i’m so happy i found adele beauty! 💕

I had such an amazing experience getting my highlights done at Adele! I’m absolutely obsessed with how my hair turned out. I showed an inspo picture to Daniel and he really took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. The transformation from before to after is unreal. I’m super happy with the results. I also got my first lash lift along with a custom eyebrow design by Gabie, and I’m in love. Everything looks so natural, lifted, and perfectly shaped. Gabie customized everything to suit my face, and it turned out even better than I imagined. I’ve already received so many compliments and can’t stop staring at my lashes and eyebrows. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Adele and will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!

The best eyebrow tattooing experience in Toronto! The Korean artist has an amazing sense of aesthetics — very natural, clean, and well-balanced brows. She really understands face shapes and what suits you best. The studio is super clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Everything feels professional and hygienic, which made me feel very safe throughout the process. Highly recommend if you’re looking for natural-looking brows and great attention to detail!

Absolutely love my hair! Mary really listened to what I wanted and delivered the perfect shade. Professional, talented, and such a great experience from start to finish. It was such an amazing experience! Mary is not only talented but also kind and attentive. I always feel heard, never rushed, and I’m thrilled with my colour ex every single time. Thank you for making my hair look and feel amazing! If you want to get your hair coloured, I highly recommend Mary. (Btw, I did peekaboo colouring)

Truly disappointed. Did not come out the salon satisfied with the shape, but thought I can fix it at home for the styling. Once I arrived home, I noticed the hair was completely damaged at the end after the perm service. The stylist mentioned my hair was very very dry, okay, I admit my hair condition is not the best, but it is nothing like broken or frizzy. It’s in the last photo. It’s just a normal condition. I really suspect the chemical they used to perm your hair is very low quality. I have done hair perm before and my hair was never damaged like this, and no curls left at all! I feel like the stylist has the responsibility to tell me or show me what will be the end result with my hair! Not just telling me it will be a LITTLE BIT DRY! Instead it will be all DEAD 🙂 The curls almost disappeared when I arrived home and even though I follow the instruction how to style it, the shape is just quite ugly. Spent 400 to damage my hair and it comes more money to restore it. I need to cut almost half length of my hair to have a normal look. Even that my hair gets tangled every day and night. The offer of just a one time free treatment is clearly not enough to restore the hair back to normal. And they refused to provide any compensation at all! I am filing a cc dispute and complaint to consumer protection.
