A wonderful experience. I am so happy with my results and the kindness of the people that work there. I have got the natural look I wanted with Botox and filler. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend. Sandra is so knowledgeable. Also, Aaron is a very nice woman and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent, excellent service!! Erin has been an absolute pleasure to interact with and has made every interaction easy and accommodating. Today, I had a chemical peeling done by Nour, and the professionalism and care she displayed were beyond what I had expected. I will continue to come here for my skin treatments.

I’ve been to a few different Derm and med spas before but this one is by far the best. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. More often than not receptionists at offices are annoyed when people come, in but Erin was super nice and I felt appreciated. The nursing staff are equally as amazing, I love coming here. I will definitely be bringing all my future business here.

I’ve been coming to ActiveMD for about eight months now, and the changes I’ve seen in my skin have been wonderful. Mihaela is exceptionally knowledgeable about addressing my skin concerns. The facial service is very relaxing, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to pamper themselves. The front desk staff at ActiveMD are excellent, especially Erin! It’s great that the spa offers multiple ways to book appointments, including via text. Overall, it is evidence-based skincare that really works!

I visited ActivMD expecting a consultation with the doctor. Instead, I was seen by a support staff member, Sandra who clarified that the doctor specializes in eye surgery—something I didn’t need. While the appointment didn’t go as planned, I left impressed by the professionalism and setup of the clinic. The space was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the team seemed knowledgeable and courteous. I may not have received the service I came for, but the experience still reflected a high standard of care. I took a few photos of the facility and will share them to give others a sense of how well-run the place seems to be. Clearly a sleek set up and lots of different treatments offered and products on sale..
