The clinic is well organized, comprehensive and staff are all friendly. I have been seeing Mariana for wrist injury and she is very skilled, thorough and attentive to all details. I would recommend Active Recovery in a heart beat.

Nicole has been extremely helpful with my hand therapy…her knowledge has me on the right track and my hands are feeling so much better after a short period of time! She fit me with the proper braces for the activities I enjoy doing! She is very bubbly and friendly and really knows her therapy!! Thanks for helping me 😊

I severely injured the little finger on my dominant hand playing baseball which led to me seeing a hand surgeon. Lucky for me the doctor referred me to Active Recovery to see if anything could be done in lieu of surgery. I am in my early sixties and through sports have dealt with various levels of excellence in tending to the numerous injuries I have incurred. Nicole Hart of Active Recovery is right there with the best I have ever dealt with. When I left the surgeon, I was led to believe that the odds of a complete recovery were not good. I spent two days trying to be positive with not much success and then I met Nicole. She knew from my intake information that I worked as a carpenter and was active in golf, baseball and racket sports. Nicole examined my hand, looked at me and said “I can fix that.” Through various splints, grip putties, gizmos and more importantly, genuine care and encouragement, Nicole backed up her words and my finger is fully functional six months later. Nicole explained the anatomy of the injury and each step of her process for my recovery. She set goals for each future session and became an effective coach for me. I have lived long enough to know when I have met a true professional who is at the top of what they do. Nicole is the best. I highly recommend Nicole Hart and her team at Active Recovery. They are pros at looking after the rehab effectively as much as the patient personally.

The staff are great! I have been working with Mariana and Marissa. Mariana has been helping me recover from an accident that resulted in a broken shoulder. She is committed to seeing me succeed in my recovery. Marissa has been working with me to ensure that I maintain my running fitness while I have been rehabbing my shoulder. Both these women have been amazing. They are so supportive, and they are great at keeping me focused on achieving my goals and staying positive. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to help coordinate my appointment schedule.
