I can’t recommend Rob highly enough. I found him after a sports-related injury, and thanks to his skillful treatment, my neck, back, and shoulders feel significantly better. He is professional, honest, and reliable, and makes me feel completely comfortable during every session. He has more knowledge than any therapist I’ve seen—including insights related to my recent diagnosis—which has only strengthened my trust in him. On top of that, he has a wonderful, calming presence, is genuinely pleasant, and very flexible with appointment times. Every visit is a truly positive experience.

I've been going to Rob for years and realized I had not yet publicly endorsed him! Our first connection to Rob Bideshi RMT was via my daughter the gymnast. He was solid, dialed in, and professional. I started out and have been going to him off and on as needed, sometimes more regularly than others, but always effective, always personable. Recently I tweaked my shoulder. Rob not only massaged it but gave me specific exercises (that's the Active Motion part of the therapeutics), and my shoulder has steadily come back to its original form and function. Rob's great.

I can’t recommend Active Motion enough! As a massage therapist, Rob creates a professional and welcoming environment that immediately puts you at ease. The space is always clean and tidy, which adds to the overall positive experience. His warmth and great sense of humor make every session enjoyable, but it’s his extensive knowledge of rehabilitation methods and techniques that truly sets him apart. Rob is just incredible at his job. He is personable but really professional. He has helped my daily life activities in so many ways. I recommend Rob so much. He has a talent to find your pain and will help you. He will go above and beyond to fix any pains that you have.
