Great appointment with Jeremy today. He evaluated my ankle and was very informative about the injury I’d sustained and where I am at in the recovery process, which greatly reduced my stress levels and concerns. If you’re recovering from an injury and looking for a physiotherapy clinic that offers one-on-one sessions and truly individualized care, I highly recommend Active Physio and Rebecca White. I booked an initial appointment with Rebecca after I was cleared to begin physiotherapy after an Achilles rupture. You can tell right away that Rebecca loves her work. She is with you the entire session, tailoring exercises to your specific needs and addressing any concerns raised. I have progressed so much in a short time and genuinely don't think I'd be where I am today without her. The front desk staff are super lovely and welcoming as well.

The staff were friendly and worked cohesively, supporting one another and the clients coming in. Jeremy was providing me with excellent information and educating me on my injury.
