I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Activa Clinic. I visited for physiotherapy back in October 2023 and used my work benefits at the time, under the impression that everything was settled. Now, over two years later, I am suddenly being contacted about an outstanding balance with no clear explanation it's not about the money why that time they didn't tell me that i have a balance even already i paid them $14.50 it's a kind of joke it's never ever happened to me in my whole life . It seems I am not alone, as many others have reported similar issues with their billing practices and poor communication. I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic to save themselves the headache of unexpected charges years down the line.

After trying so many places . I’m glad I found the best place for massage. The place is clean and very welcoming. Sanela is a good massage therapist I have founding for years. I would love to recommend this place for my friends and families.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Very clean place absolutely loved having to do physiotherapy there along side with their amazing massage therapist and chiropractor!
