Action Lock & Security is my #1 go to for my lock or Security needs. The Sales/Service Team (Zimmam) are customer focused, friendly, professional and are able to quickly identify what is required and set up a service call that meets your needs. The Service Rep (David) that was sent out to my home was very excellent, friendly, professional and very experienced, he quickly identified the problem and rather than immediately suggesting a new lock, he was able to fix the existing lock, saving me money while providing excellent care and attention. I highly recommend Action & Security.

I’ve been coming to this shop for several years to copy office keys, and I’ve always been very satisfied with their service. Today I was helped by Prasheel, he was amazing -friendly, highly skilled, and super efficient. He finished my job quickly and perfectly, so I brought in another one right away and it was done just as fast and well. This is now my go-to place for lock and key services. Highly recommended.
