Shawn and the team are great to work with. They are easy to contact, and actually returns calls/messages in a timely manner. We had a no heat situation and they were able to promptly assess and recommend options, and even returned calls over the weekend. Ultimately decided on a new furnace, and was presented with options that works within our needs/budget.

Across Town Plumbing was fantastic to work with. They called me on Tuesday and were able to schedule a visit the very next day—super quick and flexible with timing. The staff (kudos to Rylan!) who came by was friendly, professional, and respectful of the space. They diagnosed and cleared a major drain blockage affecting both the master bedroom and bathroom in under 30 minutes, which is impressive given how old and complex the building’s plumbing is. They explained everything clearly, kept the area clean, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Outstanding Service! Our building had a major plumbing emergency late at night, and Across Town Plumbing and Heating were incredible. Their team arrived within an hour, fixed a burst pipe quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. Their 24/7 service really came through for me when I needed it most. Highly recommend them for anyone in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley!
