Haven’t been in years cause of insurance issues. Finally went back and they are friendly and lovely and the hygienist remembered me from years ago. I always loved the dentist and still do. They even recommended me to see someone about my jaw clenching issues instead of sticking me with an uncomfortable mouth guard. Absolutely loved the experience.

If I could go lower, I would.This location is absolutely horrible. They book you for appointments, and then last minute tell you that a dentist is not available which now causes you to have second appointment for no reason. I have never had a problem with the dentists, its the front staff. They automatically do x-rays without checking insurance coverage and then force you to have them, even though you decline and then you end up getting charged for them after. They do not know how to deal with duel Insurance coverage. They also do not know how to keep track of one location to the next, so if you go to one location and pay, they don't know how to transfer those funds over and they will still say that you owe them money even though the insurance actually covers the procedures. Apparently, if you deal with them, you have to be "privileged" in order to have some perks and benefits according to the front staff. UPDATE - they discussed my concerns by removing me from their clinic and I "have to take my family elsewhere" is what they told me considering I have been with them for a very long time. Again, the dentists are wonderful, just dont ever correct the office staff as they may remove you too, as you are no longer "privileged". Also, as indicated before, my daughter declined the x rays for her appt and they still did them even after she said no.

I went back after a long break and was not disappointed. The whole team was professional, polite, and very kind. The doctor was also very good, and the hygienist was amazing—she made sure I was always comfortable. She was so gentle that I didn't even feel like my teeth were being worked on. Thank you!

Excellent everything You are given courtesy, respect and very good advice. I came because I was being pushed into a whole bunch of expensive specialists I could not afford and given no advice how to prioritize so I can care for my teeth and also pay my bills. It was life changing getting good practical advice that fits also in my life. I cannot recommend this clinic or Dr. Kelley enough. Feel very confident you are in good experienced and ethical hands.

I had a filling repaired here this week. Everyone's the office was Very professional and friendly. The dentist was kind and his assistant was very good about keeping me informed about what was happening. The ladies at the front desk were lovely as always. Definitely recommend.
