We were very happy with our service from Acorn and our technician Jayden. The turn around time from calling for a plumber to having him arrive at the house was quick. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and the remedy, including my elderly parent in all aspects of the work to be done. We recently had a major leak in our home and completely lost our hot water — it was a stressful situation. Acorn Heating and Cooling responded incredibly fast and were extremely punctual from the start. Dan Cogar came out personally, assessed the situation, and walked us through our options with clarity and professionalism. He helped us make confident decisions about the best next steps without any pressure. The very next day, they had a crew at our home re-piping and installing a tankless water heater. Colin, who was on site each day, did an excellent job managing the project and ensuring everything stayed on track. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with the follow-up, communication, and overall expertise. Their bedside manner and professionalism truly set them apart. I would confidently recommend their team to anyone needing plumbing or heating services.

Adam and Ke were both great at troubleshooting issues with the boiler and gas fireplace. Both are easy going and take the time to explain things. Also, a shout out to Curtis, Maclaren, and Max for installing a single mini-split Daikin heat pump in the main bedroom. A good group of young guys that work efficiently and get the job done in a friendly manner. Note - Original wall mount unit outside was causing some vibration issues, so Acorn moved it to the ground. No issues now. Thanks very much to all 3 of them! See picutures

I bought the Daikin 4ton 48000btuh multi-split with 2 heads and 3 cassettes for upstairs. Total 5 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit. The install was completed Sept 9,2025 by Acorn Service Group. The job was well done by Max, Brendan,Collin,Curtis and with the help of Shane & Shawn(Sales & Operation dept.) On October 3 I got a error message U0. I called Acorn for help and on the same day they were able to solve the problem. Customer service with Acorn is excellent.
